TODAY IS THE DAY TO PLEDGE AND TO PRAY!

I couldn’t help it. I need to rhyme. Sometimes I do it all the time. Pray. Day. Say. Hey. I don’t know another way. OK now it needs to stop. Stop it now or I’ll call a cop!

I guess I get a little silly when I think about how far we have come. We prayed. We gave. We pledged. And together we are turning imagination into reality!  Today we take the next step as we meet with National Covenant Properties to approve short term financing so we can start construction on the Ranch next week. As I told you last week and in the video I sent to stakeholders, our extended church family from the Evangelical Covenant Church will lend us the cash we need dollar for dollar for the pledges we receive from our stakeholders and friends.

Since last week, our stakeholders and friends have pledged over half a million dollars to bring our total in cash and pledges raised to $2,006,412.68!!!

That is AMAZING! Thank you for your generosity and faith!  This brings us past our minimum to get started and within reach of our $2.6M goal! With fundraisers (like the Flea Market this weekend!) and more pledges and gifts coming in from those who haven’t jumped in yet, we are ready to get started building. Yahooooo!

HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP TODAY

Pray for our meeting – We are meeting at 2 PM to request funding. We don’t have enough in pledges yet to cover the amount we are asking for.  Pray they will give us an expandable line of credit as more pledges come in and agreeable terms we can live with.

Ask God to bless our generous people – Ask God to pour out his blessing on our people who have been so generous so that they will have more to give from the overflow.

Pray for those who have held back due to fear – Pray they would have courage and vision to make a pledge by faith. We want every stakeholder to experience the blessing of participating in God’s work here.

Get the word out about the Flea Market this Saturday, July 14th from 8 to 3 at the Ranch (32382 Del Obispo SJC) – We have a lot of great stuff for sale.  Crafts, furniture, clothes, sports equipment, art, collectables . . . and more!  The proceeds will help us furnish our new home.
