BRANDON BRICKLEY
Brandon loves being a Dad to his 3 children and being married to his wife Lacey! From early on in his faith he felt God call him to serve and shepherd the people around him. For almost 15 years he poured his life into the youth ministry at MVC, dead set on reaching non believing teenagers and watching God radically change their lives. As he grew in his leadership he developed a gift to raise up leaders around him and create teams that embody and implement a clear vision and mission. Now Brandon does just that in his role as Director of Ministries. He oversees many of the ministries at MVC, developing the staff and equipping them to be the very best they can be while creating an environment and culture of honor, ensuring the core values and mission of MVC bleed throughout each and every ministry.
BRANDON REED
Brandon and his wife Kara and their 2 children came on board in June of 2023. Brandon has been leading ministry since 2005 in various roles from Student Pastor, to Campus Pastor, to Lead Pastor. He enjoys spending time with his family, and values fun, adventure, creativity, character, and honor.

KIM COUNTS
Kim’s heart for children was cultivated in her own childhood of being raised in the church and always feeling loved, pursued and known by those who led her in Sunday School! She has volunteered in church kids’ programs throughout her adult life and has regularly taught in the elementary classes since coming to Mountain View Church in 2016. She has a background in teaching in the public school system, with a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Kim and her husband have been foster parents for 10 years and have two adopted children who are now adults. She has a love for kids and desires for them to feel loved, known and above all else, to experience Jesus!
KAIMANA FARRIS
Kaimana hails from Honolulu where she was born and raised in a musical family. She always had a love and talent for music, but it wasn’t until she encountered the redemptive power of the Holy Spirit at work within her that she began to understand God’s good plans and purposes for her life. She serves as Worship Director with joy and gratitude, truly in awe of the work she gets to do in partnership with Holy Spirit —leading the community into the Presence of the Beloved.
She and her husband Colin met on the Worship Team at Westmont College, and together they are raising four amazing humans, each one a unique gift from the Lord. Their lives are full to overflowing with signs and wonders of the abundant, generous love of the Father.
STRATTON PALMER
Stratton found his passion for working with children with special needs at a very young age. At the age of 12, he volunteered as an assistant coach for Laguna Niguel Lions in the V.I.P. Soccer League, a league for children with disabilities. This led Stratton to be a vital part of the Best Buddies Program all 4 years as a student at Dana Hills High School. During these years, Stratton realized this was his passion and what he felt called to do in life. Stratton began his professional career in 2008 working for the Capistrano Unified School District. Throughout the years, Stratton has had the chance to work with all age groups at a moderate/severe disability level. More recently, Stratton has been in charge of managing behaviors working 1-on-1 with students with behavioral issues. Stratton’s passion for this field of work led him to Mountain View Church, where he leads our special needs ministry.
