YOU WON’T HEAR GOD IF YOU THINK HE DOESN’T SPEAK

You won’t hear God’s voice if you think he doesn’t speak.

My mom said God told her “you are completely healed”. Then she died a few weeks later. At first I questioned my mom’s hearing. Then I questioned God’s speaking. Does he still talk to people in dreams and visions and a voice in their hearts? Or has he spoken in the Bible and through Jesus finally and now we just stick with the written word? In my questioning, I came down on the side of skepticism. It wasn’t good for my faith. When you do that, God has to show up in a burning bush to change your mind. Good thing he is willing!
