The Bible calls us a family, a body and a priesthood of believers. And then we are encouraged, “Now live up to the calling you have received” (Ephesians 4:1). We want to do more than simply know these truths in a theoretical way; we want to know them in a tangible way that influences our lives and those around us. In each city, we want to experience family, caring for each other and our community. We want the connection of a body, where each member’s unique purpose is utilized. We want to be a priesthood, in which all of us are serving God for the benefit of our cities. We see our homes as ministry centers for our neighborhoods and outposts of the kingdom in our cities.
The church is not a where or a what, the church is a who!

CITY WALKS & CITY TABLES
People from Mountain View Church as well as family, friends and neighbors are continuously gathering in informal settings for dinners and for walks. Through City Walks and City Tables, people from each city not only enjoy a meal or walk together, but they are meeting new people, building authentic relationships with each other and with God, and finding a core group of people to do life with.
To find out what’s going on and get connected where you live, submit the form below, visit the City Life table after Sunday services, text your city name (all run together – i.e. danapoint) to 949-446-1020, and/or email Heather Chapman or Nicole Parno.
To know through experience and not just in theory that you are part of a family – we want that for everyone at Mountain View. Join us at the next City Table, City Walk or other scheduled event in your city. Fill out this form so we can help get you connected to the Life in your City.
